Flexible paid leave

AHIP provides eligible employees paid vacation and sick leave benefits. Staring in 2021, we will observe Winter Break from Christmas Eve Day through New Year’s Day.

Retirement savings plan

The AHIP 401k Profit Sharing Plan allows eligible participants to save pre-tax dollars for retirement. Participants are eligible to receive matching and non-elective contributions from AHIP.
