Badges will be available in Convention Lounge during the following hours listed below. Avoid lines by picking up your badge on Monday.

  • Monday, June 10: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Tuesday, June 11: 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
  • Wednesday, June 12: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Thursday, June 13: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm

Note: Be sure to hold on to your badge. There is a $50 badge reprint fee.

After picking up your badge, visit Rotunda Up extension (to the left of the Registration and Information Desk) for your attendee bag and other conference materials.

Book Signings

Six speakers at AHIP 2024 will be doing book signings in the Exhibit Hall. Please click here to find the full schedule for each signing.

Luggage Check

The bell staff at Wynn Las Vegas can assist with luggage storage and transportation, wheelchair and scooter rentals. Please contact Bell Services at the Wynn (Main Entrance) for assistance.

Use the event app to access the agenda, plan your day, network with other attendees, and navigate the exhibit hall.

To download the app, use the QR Code provided, or go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for AHIP 2024. Once downloaded follow the instructions below.

  1. Allow notifications to ensure you receive notifications about all the conference happenings.
  2. Click “Create My Show Planner”.
  3. Enter your registration reference number and the email address associated with your registration. Click “Submit”.
  4. Follow the prompt to set a password and complete the creation of your account.
  5. Click the down arrow next to your initials to access My Profile settings to modify your communication preferences.
  6. Visit the Mobile Help Desk, located by the Registration and Information Desk, if you have any questions.

At the end of each day, presentations will be available in the conference app. Please note that some speakers choose not to make their presentations available, or to modify them slightly.

Video and Photography Guidelines

No videotaping or photography allowed in keynote or concurrent sessions unless permission has been granted by AHIP conference staff.

Public Safety

Las Vegas is a large city with vibrant areas for visitors to enjoy, the majority of which offer a safe and open environment. We recommend that visitors exercise the same caution, concern and common sense as when traveling to any new city. Please remember to remove your badge and travel in a group when walking around in the city.
