Registration and Information Desk

Badges will be available in Lobby, Level 1, during the following hours listed below. Avoid lines by picking up your badge early on Tuesday.

  • Tuesday, September 24: 9:00 am – 6:45 pm CT
  • Wednesday, September 25: 7:45 am – 5:30 pm CT
  • Thursday, September 26: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm CT

Note: Be sure to hold on to your badge. There is a $50 badge reprint fee.

Book Signings

All book signings will take place in the AHIP Meet Up Lounge, Booth #707 in the Exhibit Hall (Room 104, Level 1). See below for specific details on book signing events.

  • Thursday, September 26, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm CT

Conference App

Use the mobile app to access the agenda, plan your day, network with other attendees, and navigate the exhibit hall.

To download the app, use the QR Code provided, or go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for AHIP Digital. Once downloaded follow the instructions below.

Note: You will need your email address (the one used to register for the conference) and the reference number in your confirmation email to create your account in the mobile app.

  1. Allow notifications to ensure you receive notifications about all the conference happenings.
  2. Click “Create My Show Planner”.
  3. Enter your registration reference number and the email address associated with your registration. Click “Submit”.
  4. Follow the prompt to set a password and complete the creation of your account.
  5. Click the down arrow next to your initials to access My Profile settings to modify your communication preferences.
  6. Visit the Mobile Help Desk, located by the Registration and Information Desk, if you have any questions.

No videotaping is allowed in keynote or concurrent sessions unless permission has been granted by AHIP conference staff.

Please remember to remove your badge and travel in a group when walking around in the city.
