Hotel Information

Room rates are available for arrival Monday, March 24, 2025, and departure on Friday, March 28, 2025. Space is limited.

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and the contracted rate is available to AHIP conference attendees only. This is a guideline and not a guarantee of availability.

Hotel Reservation cutoff date is Tuesday, March 4, 2025, or when the room block is sold out (whichever comes first).

  • AHIP Group Rate: $269.00, plus 17.5% sales tax
  • Government Rate: $150.00, plus 17.5% sales tax

Reservation Guarantee and Cancellation Policy

All room reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card and provided at the time of reservation for the first and last night’s room and tax. Cancellations will be accepted by the hotel up to 14 days in advance of guest’s arrival without penalty. If reservation is cancelled within 13 days prior to arrival, the individual will forfeit the first and last night’s deposit.

Early Checkout Fee: Guests departing before their scheduled departure date will pay $75 fee.

Late Checkout Fee: Late checkouts are subject to availability and have tiered pricing starting at $50.00.

Parking at Hotel

The hotel offers self-parking only (no valet-parking) at $36.00, which is covered, and offers in and out privileges. Hotel cannot accommodate vehicles above 7 feet in height (Max height 7’2”) or call hotel directly at 1.443.573.8700 on car size limits and what fees apply for oversized vehicles.
