Hundreds of health care visionaries who share a passion for transformation will come together to discuss emerging digital health innovations and novel strategies transforming the consumer experience in health care at AHIP’s 2023 Consumer Experience & Digital Health Forum in Nashville, Tennessee, September 13-14.
The forum will include a dynamic program and an impressive roster of industry leaders, visionaries, and disruptors. But the main topic on everybody’s lips will be the use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), in particular, ChatGPT, in the health care industry.
In fact, the Consumer Digital Forum kicks off with a keynote session on the impact of generative AI on health care’s future and ends with another keynote session on both embracing the promise of AI while ensuring responsible use and controlling for bias.
