Adrienne McFadden, MD, JD, is a senior healthcare executive with more than 20 years of broad healthcare experience. She is passionate about transforming systems to increase opportunities for optimal health in diverse and historically underserved populations and communities.
After beginning her career in emergency medicine, Dr. McFadden has held multiple executive and senior leadership roles in healthcare, digital health and public health. She currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Government Business at Elevance Health where she provides clinical strategic and operational leadership for the Medicaid and Medicare lines of business. Dr. McFadden received her medical and law degrees from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Science from University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
