Cole Bradham, MHA
Vice President, Medicaid Innovations, Mom's Meals
Cole joined Mom’s Meals in 2020 and served as the Director of Medicaid Managed Care Partnerships before being promoted to Vice President in 2024. In his current role, Cole leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives to expand Mom’s Meals' presence and partnerships within the Medicaid market. Prior to joining Mom’s Meals, Cole worked as a senior account manager at OhioHealth where he was responsible for managing top revenue accounts in the execution of health systems growth plans. He also served as general manager for Optum where he managed six corporate health centers across three states while driving growth goals for the organization.
Cole received his Master of Health Administration degree from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Dayton.
