Darlice Rocha is a public health professional passionate about eliminating health inequities and utilizing data to drive health justice and equity in health care redesign. Darlice currently works as a Program Manager for Health Equity at Independence Blue Cross. In her role, Darlice focuses on fundamentally transforming the way health care is delivered to Black and Brown members by identifying health disparities and creating innovative solutions to close the gap.
