David has decades of managed care and value-based experience formerly serving as Chief Executive Officer for Aetna Florida Medicaid and SVP at Molina Healthcare where he oversaw 15 state health plans. At Interwell, David ensures the company’s value-based care programs are operating effectively to achieve improved outcomes for patients and robust results for payer and physician partners. David holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina.
