Dickon Waterfield
President, Lantern (previously Employer Direct Healthcare)
Dickon Waterfield is the President of Lantern, a specialty care platform on a mission to help employers lower costs and increase access to the best care for their employees. Before joining EDH, Dickon was the Commercial Officer at WithMe Health, a pharmacy benefit manager. Prior to that, he helped run Big Health, a digital therapeutics company with a focus on mental health. During his time there, Dickon grew the business to cover 2.5 million members. He helped people find their way back to good mental health through partnerships with clients like Comcast, CVS, Google, Target, and Home Depot. He also launched a first-of-its-kind strategic partnership with CVS, which became the CVS Point Solution Management System.
Dickon attended and graduated with a bachelor’s from Eton College and a master’s from The University of Edinburgh.
