As Vice President, Specialty360, Elias Zapantis is responsible for the overall direction and management of specialty pharmacy operations processes at Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy. In this role, Elias has primary leadership responsibility for the design, development, implementation, and execution of systems, programs, and processes driving and supporting the company’s overall business objectives, and the integration of these tasks into the overall Walgreens organization. Providing strategic direction, execution, and accountability for high quality service delivery for enterprise specialty initiatives and projects are also part of his responsibilities.
