Elizabeth has more than 30 years of industry expertise in health care in various leadership and executive roles in the payer, consulting and delegated services markets, with successful leadership in CM and UM operations and strategic growth, including initial and recertification surveys for NCQA and URAC accreditations, care management platform implementations and business process optimization change management.
Focused on leading health care operations in complex, highly matrix organizations, business process optimization, she has extensive experience bridging the gap between clinical, technology and business objectives.
Elizabeth has also received several national awards, including Stevie Awards for Women in Business – Female Executive of the Year (2019), Stevie Awards for Women in Business – Lifetime Achievement (2020) and Vision Monday Most Influential Women in Vision – Executive Suite (2022).
