Elyse leads Aetna’s national value-based care strategy and payment innovation efforts. She has 25 years of experience in value-based care programs across payers, providers, and policy-makers. Most recently she advised providers on VBC strategy and implementation across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial sectors. Previously, she designed VBC models at the CMS Center for Medicare and Medicaid innovation, and focused on patient-centered care models in Medicare Advantage before that.
