Dr. Webster is Chief Medical Officer for Behavioral Health, Health Care Service Corporation. He oversees the Behavioral Health Medical Directors, PhD level Psychologists, and a team of Analytics and Reporting Consultants. Since joining HCSC in 2013 he has been actively involved in projects including integration of physical and behavioral health management for high complexity cases with co-morbid conditions. Dr. Webster has also been heavily involved in data/analytics and healthcare informatics for HCSC. Dr. Webster is also an Adjunct Professor to the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler teaching Health Informatics.
He holds an MD from The University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University. He is married, has two adult daughters, and is an avid reader about things historical and technical.
