Graham Dufault

Graham Dufault is general counsel of ACT | The App Association, representing thousands of mobile software makers and connected device companies in the app economy. Graham leads the App Association’s legislative advocacy on issues including privacy, digital health, antitrust, intellectual property, and related issues.
He has a JD with a concentration in communications law from George Mason and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Emory University. Prior to joining the App Association, Graham was counsel for the House Energy and Commerce Committee. In that role, Graham was lead counsel on Federal Trade Commission (FTC) oversight and reform efforts, including the FTC Process and Transparency Reform Act of 2016.
