Greg Warren, FSA, FCA, MAAA

Gregory Warren currently serves as a Partner and Consulting Actuary at Axene Health Partners. He has been a pharmacy benefit consultant to plan sponsors about their pharmacy benefit strategies. He has served as CFO for a top ten PBM and VP of finance and analytics for Walgreens. Greg founded Optum’s Pharmacy Advisory Services practice consulting with manufacturers to quantify and communicate their value proposition to payers and then served as Chief Actuary for Optum Advisory Services leading over 270 associates globally in delivering actuarial, underwriting and pharmacy consulting and software to payers, governments, pharmacies, PBMs and life sciences organizations.

Greg volunteers as founder and leader of the Society of Actuaries’ Pharmacy Subgroup which coordinates many of the SOA’s pharmacy-related educational and research efforts.
