Heather Major is the first executive director of the Independence Blue Cross (IBX) Foundation, which was launched in 2012. Heather uses her background in health policy and healthcare administration to lead the advancement of philanthropic initiatives that improve the health and wellbeing of communities in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
