Jennifer Wagner

Jennifer Wagner joined Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS) in 2022 and proudly serves as a champion for transparency, helping to give consumers the clinical information they need to make effective cost-saving decisions, while dramatically reducing plan spend. As Director of Public and Government Affairs, Jennifer plays an important role in advancing RxSS’ government policy and business development efforts aimed at prescription drug cost transparency, while helping to inform messaging strategy and product development from a legislative and regulatory perspective.

Prior to joining RxSS, Jennifer was with the Business Group on Health where she spent nearly 8 years advocating for large, self-insured employers on health policy issues. She was part of a team that was focused on connecting employers with the right tools to manage their health care costs, drive delivery system transformation and accelerate the adoption of innovation. Specifically, Jennifer led the Pharmacy Benefit Committee, an advanced cohort of employers and key industry leaders with a mission of ensuring the sustainability of employer-sponsored pharmacy benefits. In this role, she witnessed firsthand the entangling challenges of the pharmaceutical supply chain ecosystem and the lack of cost transparency within.

Jennifer holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the Yale School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, with a minor in biology, from the George Washington University.
