Jeremy Erwin MD, MBA

Jeremy Erwin, a resident of Madison, MS, obtained a B.A. from Centenary College of Louisiana, a Doctor of Medicine from LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport, and an M.B.A. from Southeastern Louisiana University. Previously a practicing Obstetrician/Gynecologist in Hammond, LA, Jeremy began working for Magnolia Health in 2014.
In 2016 after completing Centene’s internal executive training program, he was promoted to Chief Medical Officer, a position he continues to hold. He has also served as interim CMO for Meridian in Illinois and as an internal Centene consultant for Coordinated Care in Washington, Ambetter of Tennessee, and Ambetter of North Carolina. He is responsible for executive oversight of clinical activities, quality, medical and payment policy, interaction with providers, and collaboration with regulatory and governmental partners. Jeremy is actively involved with the Mississippi State Medical Society and completed the 2019 Physician Leadership Academy. He is a recent fellow of AHIP’s Executive Leadership Program. Jeremy is married to Carolyn, and they have three children: Emerson, Landry, and Reid. They are parishioners at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Gluckstadt, MS.
