Joe is a 25+ year vetern of the health care industry with expertise in contact center, enrollment, service delivery, billing, and account management operations. His skill set focuses on building solid teams, developing future leaders, containing costs, and continually enhancing service levels.
He currently manages some of Sutherland's largest client relationships, overseeing master service agreements, operational delivery, regulatory requirements, and resource management. Joe earned a MBA from Jacksonville University.
