Chief Strategy & Development Officer, Evernorth Home-Based Care
In his current role, John leads growth and go to product innovation, market strategy, and business development for Evernorth Home-Based Care. In addition, he oversees strategy development, execution and governance as well as roadmaps and product development across all of Home-Based Care. Prior to this, he was General Manager over Evernorth’s Post-Acute, Transition of Care, Home Health, DME, Sleep and HRS solutions. John held accountability for the business performance and in defining, implementing and executing differentiated solutions to capture the significant opportunity in the care to home market space.
John was also the Senior Vice President of Product and Innovation leading eviCore’s inQbator business unit. His teams focused on modernizing current products, developing innovations with NL/ML/AI toosl, building new products and increasing the innovation capabilities within eviCore. Recently, John and his teams have led and supported the development of Evernorth’s Post-Acute, Embarc, Medical Neighborhoods and FamilyPath Solutions.
John received his Master degrees in Health Care Administration and Business Administration from Pfeiffer University, in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is an Executive Coach with MMS Worldwide Institute.
