Kelley Hill, Chief Clinical Officer and Co-founder of Helpful, spent the better part of her 20-year career in emergency services, mental health, and palliative care before transitioning to home care. Prior to Helpful, Kelley led Clinical and Compliance Services at FirstLight Home Care, and served as the National Director of Clinical Innovation at Kindred at Home (now CenterWell). Kelley holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology, philosophy, and nursing, and an MSN from Chamberlain University.
