Megan has been Veda’s primary legal counsel since its founding, having filed the company’s original business license. Before joining Veda, she was a partner at major international law firms, including K&L Gates, and the founder of her own law firm focusing on the intersection of technology and public policy. She has more than two decades of experience advising everything from Fortune 25 companies to start-ups alike, helping them navigate complex federal, state and international legal and regulatory landscapes.
Megan has been a leader in advancing technology issues before the executive and legislative branches of government, working on a regular basis with the congressional committees, members of Congress, trade associations, and coalitions to shape federal law and policy.
