Melissa Biggs, a partner at DNB Lobby, brings over a decade of government relations experience in both public and private interests to the firm’s diverse array of clients. Attorney Biggs is considered one of Connecticut’s top lobbyists in the manufacturing and energy arenas where she has been instrumental in negotiating key policy changes to promote targeted industry growth.

Known for her strength in strategic planning, coordinating lobbying campaigns and first-hand experience in developing talking points and drafting testimony, Attorney Biggs knows how to shape and deliver clear and convincing messaging on difficult issues to get results. Over her extensive lobbying career, she has become a trusted voice at the Connecticut General Assembly. Attorney Biggs works diligently to raise client’s profiles at the Capitol through various measures that include legislative roundtables, face-to-face meeting with elected officials and legislative lobby days and receptions.

Attorney Biggs currently sits on the board for the Connecticut Lobbyist Association and serves as a State Service Commissioner for America’s Service Commissions. She is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a BS degree in Political Science and obtained her Juris Doctorate at Western New England School of Law.
