Michael G. Curcio's career exemplifies his commitment to public service and dedication to Tennessee. A native of Dickson, Michael pursued his higher education at the University of Mississippi. After completing his studies, he spent significant time in Washington, D.C., shaping public policy before returning to Tennessee in 2008.

Serving three terms in the Tennessee General Assembly, Michael played a pivotal role in developing policies and initiatives that significantly improved the lives of Tennesseans. His legislative work underscored his ability to effect change and advocate for his constituents effectively. Recognizing the potential to make a difference outside the confines of the legislature, Michael shifted his focus towards the private sector, where he continues his advocacy in a different capacity.

Currently, at Benefits, Inc., Michael leverages his comprehensive understanding of the regulatory environment and its impact on employee benefits. In this role, he provides invaluable assistance to clients nationwide, crafting strategic solutions that help businesses attract and retain top talent amidst a dynamic and challenging regulatory landscape. His work at Benefits, Inc. not only reflects his ongoing commitment to the well-being of employees and employers alike but also his dedication to ensuring that businesses can thrive by offering competitive and equitable benefits packages.

In recognition of his expertise and leadership, Michael was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Employer Benefits Alliance (TEBA) at the beginning of the year. Through this position, he plays a critical role in advocating for healthcare policies that support a healthy business climate in Tennessee.
