Mike is a Managing Director with more than 25 years of experience in strategy, operations, and care management/ population health redesign, leading the medical management and population health service line that helps clients find innovative ways to better manage their medical cost trend and improve the quality of care. Mike has led multiple hospital and health plan process redesign efforts that involved all care management processes across facilities and customer segments.
He recently led the design of an enterprise-wide value-based care strategy and operational transformation effort, design of a new Medicare ambulatory care management model, a medical management technology strategy, a care management platform implementation, the redesign of the medical management strategy for a national health plan and has led numerous medical management/ population health assessments.
