Mona Siddiqui, MD, MPH, MSE, is the senior vice president for Home and Community Services at Highmark Health, a $27.1 billion national, blended health organization that includes one of America’s largest Blue Cross Blue Shield insurers and a growing regional hospital and physician network. Based in Pittsburgh, Pa., Highmark Health’s 44,000 employees serve millions of customers nationwide through the nonprofit organization’s affiliated businesses including Highmark Inc., Allegheny Health Network (AHN), and HM Insurance Group, enGen and Helion.

Dr. Siddiqui is focused on driving the shift from acute care settings to growing and scaling services into the home. At Highmark Health, she is responsible for operations across multiple assets including home medical equipment, home infusion services, home health and hospice, in home chronic care management services, inpatient and outpatient palliative services and skilled nursing at home. As part of this strategic shift, she collaborates closely with both AHN and other partner health systems as well as Highmark health plan to drive value and increase top line growth.

Dr. Siddiqui has spent the last two decades in healthcare building and leading high performing teams to lead operations and business transformation. She has served as the SVP of Clinical Operations at Humana, as the Chief Data Officer at the Department of Health and Human Services, and as the first healthcare hire for the White House Social and Behavioral Sciences Team. Across these roles, she has led the continuous improvements of products and services, overseeing product, analytics, IT, experience design, clinical and legal teams to operationalize, refine and scale new programs through building internal capabilities and establishing strategic partnerships.

Dr. Siddiqui is passionate about building high performing teams to solve critical business problems with velocity that result in business transformation and drive enterprise value. Her experience across the healthcare ecosystem including health systems, payers, technology and the federal government give her a unique perspective in successfully leading transformation and change management in complex organizations.

Dr. Siddiqui has a medical degree from Johns Hopkins, a degree in Quantitative Methods from Harvard and in Management/Engineering from Stanford.
