Steffi Stiefel

Steffi Stiefel leads Behavioral Science on the AI & Behavioral Science team at GuideWell and Florida Blue, a GuideWell subsidiary. In her role, she leverages behavioral science techniques to improve the well-being and health-related decisions of members. Steffi holds a Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology with a focus on health from George Washington University where she conducted research on several health behaviors including medication adherence, vaccination uptake and physical activity.
