Stephen Foxley is the Vice President of State Affairs for Cambia Health Solutions, where he leads government and regulatory affairs across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Utah. He previously served as the company’s Director of Government Relations for Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah. Stephen sits on the boards of BridgeSpan Health Company, the Utah Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association, and the Utah Health Data Committee.
