Steve Mihalacki began his career as a US Army officer, later transitioning into healthcare management in 2010 as the Chief of Accounting at a Veterans health system. Since then, he has worked in a variety of financial and medical economics roles within Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial health plans, at both CVS/Aetna, and now Magellan Health where he focuses on cost of care management and value-based strategies for behavioral health networks.
Mr. Mihalacki holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. His professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP®), Professional- Academy for Healthcare Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE®). He currently resides in Cranberry Township, PA and enjoys running, martial arts, and spending time with his wife, Shannon, and their 4 children.
