Tilak Mandadi is executive vice president and chief digital, data, analytics & technology officer for CVS Health. In this role, Mandadi oversees all aspects of data and technology and is responsible for accelerating the company’s digital transformation.

Mandadi has an extensive career as an innovative leader of products and operations for technology driven businesses with a proven track record in revenue growth, consumer experience transformation and organizational optimization. He most recently served as the chief strategy, innovation & technology officer at MGM Resorts where he focused on creating compelling and immersive customer experiences, in addition to overseeing MGM Resorts’ digital and innovation strategy.

Before joining MGM Resorts, Mandadi was executive vice president and chief technology & information officer, Experiences & Consumer Products at Disney. His scope included data/technology innovations, enabling unique experiences for the 150M global guests, and creation of productive work environments for the global cast members across theme parks, hotels, water parks, cruise line, physical and digital retail, food and beverage, publishing, IP licensing and time share businesses in the US, Asia and Europe.

Prior to this, Mandadi was leading the digital transformation and enterprise growth strategy for American Express, where he led next generation pre- paid, digital banking and mobile payments technology delivery. At FedEx Kinko’s, Mandadi led global IT strategy, international applications, eCommerce, architecture, data center infrastructure, networking, data warehousing, information security, support/operations, and end user computing. Before joining FedEx, Mandadi held leadership positions in technology at EC Outlook, Dell and AT&T Bell Laboratories.

Mandadi holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Oregon, a master’s degree in computer applications from the University of Hyderabad, India and a B.S. in physics from Andhra University, India.
