Travis Broome is the Vice President of Health Care Policy and ACO Administration at Aledade, a new company helping doctors to deliver quality, personalized care to their patients; stay independent; and thrive in the transition to value based care. Today, he is a thought leader on accountable care and leads Aledade’s strategy development, policy analysis and economic modeling.
Travis joined Aledade shortly after its formation and has helped it grow to 32 ACOs covering over 500,000 people in MSSP and commercial contracts. From business development with both practices and payers, to early population health analytics, to serving as Executive Director for the Aledade Louisiana ACO, he has touched every part of Aledade as it has grown. Prior to Aledade, Travis spent seven years at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Joining CMS as a Presidential Management Fellow, he served as the lead analyst for EHR Incentive Programs. He spent his final year at CMS as the Regional Director for Part A and Part B Operations for the Dallas-based Region VI. Travis earned his Master of Public Health and Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
