Tricia provides health policy and compliance counsel throughout the health care industry with a specific focus on health insurance including Medicare Advantage, and regularly advises clients on various compliance and programmatic topics. Tricia leads Faegre Drinker Consulting’s Health Plans and Providers team based in Washington, D.C. Previously, Tricia led ACA policy development at CMS, served as an in-house counsel to a population health company, and specialized in government relations for a managed care plan in California.
