On February 16, 2018, AHIP addressed a letter to the Senate Finance Committee, highlighting our industry’s leadership in addressing the opioid crisis and providing recommendations on strategies for preventing opioid overutilization and treating addiction within Medicare and Medicaid. Our letter responds to the committee’s recent request for information on these issues.
