On July 11, 2018, AHIP submitted a letter to leaders of the House Ways and Means Committee, expressing support for the committee’s efforts to enhance the value of Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and HSA-eligible health plans for millions of Americans.
Our letter highlights support for several bills on the committee’s agenda for a July 11 markup session. We further emphasize that we look forward to working with the committee on additional policy options, including the Chronic Disease Management Act, that have bipartisan support and would help to improve costs, outcomes, and value for Americans.
