AHIP Submits Comment Letter on MA / Part D Proposed Rule

AHIP submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in response to the Medicare Advantage (MA) and Part D proposed rule for 2020 and 2021. Our letter raises strong objections with proposed changes related to the Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) program; we also comment on other issues including expanded access to telehealth services, enhanced integration of Medicare and Medicaid benefits for individuals in D-SNPs, and changes to Star Ratings.
