Overview

This White Paper represents a collaborative effort between ZeOmega, the industry’s leading healthcare enterprise management organization, and the Center for Open Data Enterprise (CODE), a nonprofit dedicated to maximizing the value of open and shared data for the public good. It builds on a growing body of work around the value of the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) and Health Related Social Needs (HRSNs) and is particularly focused on identifying challenges related to HRSN interventions, funding to address those interventions, and data to support that work.
