About This Webinar
The CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization final rule published in early 2024 requires payers to evolve their IT strategy to increase the rate of initial approval for prior authorization, meet transparency requirements, and shorten response timelines. This will require the ability to access and exchange secure patient data while also making decisions quicker and with greater accuracy, a complex and resource intensive task for payers.
To meet the provisions set within the rule, many payers are looking for solutions beyond traditional business process automation, rule-based systems, and analytics.
In this webinar, Red Hat will review their open-platform approach to achieving prior authorization compliance and claims modernization. We’ll share best practices in this approach from Red Hat customers, specifically in building an automation strategy along with a recommended architecture.
