About This Webinar

While Centers of Excellence (COE) through health insurance plans include high-quality providers, awareness of and steerage to these locations is limited. Self-insured employers are increasingly turning to independent COE networks outside of health plans to reduce costs by steering their employees to high-quality locations and providers at lower negotiated rates. Independent COEs create competition for health plans, and while they lead to cost savings for employers, they can also lead to a disjointed member experience.

In this webinar, we’ll show how health insurance plans can closely partner with independent COEs to share data and build an integrated member experience that delivers results benefiting all parties, including the opportunity to lead the way in saving millions for clients.

Attendees Will Learn About

  • Why self-insured employers are interested in independent COEs
  • How independent COEs can deliver a better member experience, including high-touch care navigation, in partnership with health plans
  • Data integrations that give health plans key information about the members you serve
  • How partnering with independent COEs can deliver hard-dollar savings for clients and build business for health plans
